Congress Fees

The Arctic Congress Bodø 2024 fee (Early Bird, Regular, Late Bird and Reduced) includes:

• Arctic Congress Bodø 2024 Welcome Reception on 29 May

• Congress attendance and lunch on 30 May

• Congress attendance on 31 May, 1, 2 and 3 June (lunches not included).

• Optional participation to the IASSA General Assembly (2 June) and/or UArctic Assembly (2 and 3 June). You can select select this option when you register.

  Congress dinner on 1 June: 80 Euros per person. You can select this option when you register.

Assembly only Registration:
Attendance at the Assemblies only is possible for members, and there are separate tickets for that option in the below list of congress tickets.

• The IASSA General Assembly is free for members (pending paid membership fee)

• The UArctic Assembly attendance only ticket (valid for both 2 and 3 June) costs Euro 250

  *Students (requires student ID verification upon check-in at the congress), early career scholars, Indigenous knowledge holders, and residents from outside Europe and North-America.

  Euro 250.-

  All above fees include 25% Norwegian VAT.
